Job Description
Pragati Leather Craft Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced Quality Control (QC) Manager to oversee quality assurance activities at our leather accessories facility in Kolkata. Your primary role will be to ensure all products adhere to our internal quality standards, perform quality testing, and manage a team of QC professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee quality control processes for all stages of production.
- Ensure compliance with quality requirements and handle audits.
- Investigate quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Train and supervise QC staff.
Requirements:
- B. Com (Hons.) degree.
- Minimum 5 years experience in leather goods factory.
- Proficiency in Windows & Microsoft Excel.
- Strong team management skills.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,00.00 – ₹25,00.00 per month
