Job Description
About the Role: We’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Telehealth Operations Associate to join our Health & Wellness team at Plum Benefits. In this role, you’ll ensure the smooth daily operations of our telehealth services by connecting patients with doctors, managing schedules, and supporting internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of telehealth services.
- Coordinate with doctors and vendors for timely consultations.
- Monitor appointments and resolve operational issues.
- Track service metrics and generate performance reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance workflows.
What We’re Looking For:
- 1–3 years of experience in healthcare or telehealth coordination.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
Requirements

- Good Communication Skills
