Job Overview:
You will be responsible for end-to-end handling of 138 legal matters, drafting and vetting legal documents, and tracking regulatory amendments that impact our business. You will maintain a litigation tracker and collaborate with various internal stakeholders, including the business and finance teams.
Qualifications:
– Qualified Lawyer from a reputed law school.
– 0-1 years of experience in a legal environment; freshers are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
– Draft legal documents, manage multi-tasking, and ensure time management. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
