Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated individual to drive secondary sales and merchandising through the development of long-term relationships with retailers.
Key Stakeholders:
- Internal: Sales Team, ZHR, CO
- External: Retail Outlets, Distributors
Reporting to: Area Business Manager
Experience Required:
- 6 months to 1 year of sales experience in FMCG/Pharma/OTC industry
- Understanding of products
- Strong negotiation skills
- Good local geographical knowledge
- Fluency in the local language
- Distributor management experience
- Basic calculations for retail/distributor schemes
