Job Description
Pinnacle Montessori Franchise Company seeks a motivated Construction Administrator with an architectural background to join our fast-growing real estate franchise remotely. You will coordinate engineers, cities and the Project Manager to drive permitting and schedules, assist construction managers and engineers with design reviews and changes, support city and bank submissions, update owners, and help subcontractors and GCs as needed. Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s in Architecture, have strong communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, familiarity with Google Workspace, and ability to work independently and in teams; 3+ years construction experience preferred. Full-time. Pay: ₹60,00–70,00 per month.
