Job Description

We are hiring a Tele Counselling Executive for student admissions at our Bardhaman, West Bengal centre. Full-time, on-site permanent role with a salary of Rs 7,500–15,00 + incentives. Responsibilities: persuasive telephone counselling to convert enquiries into admissions, meet monthly/quarterly targets, and work effectively under pressure. Requirements: 2–3 years’ experience in student or academic counselling, proven telesales experience, strong communication and convincing ability. Languages: Bengali required, English preferred.
