Job Description
Location: Kharadi, Pune
Experience: 1–4 Years
Salary: ₹3,00,00 – ₹7,00,00 per annum + Incentives
Key Responsibilities:
- Convert leads from portals, walk-ins, and campaigns.
- Conduct site visits and explain project details to clients.
- Understand buyer needs and recommend properties.
- Follow up with prospects to close sales deals.
- Meet monthly sales targets.
- Update CRM and share reports regularly.
Requirements:
- 1–4 years in real estate sales.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with local real estate market.
