Job Description
Phenomenal HR is seeking an experienced Interior Site Supervisor to oversee our interior fit-out projects in Ernakulam. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in site supervision within leading interior firms.
The responsibilities include managing daily site operations, coordinating with contractors and clients, ensuring quality and safety standards, and maintaining detailed project reports. Strong leadership, communication skills, and an eye for detail are essential.
The position offers a competitive salary of up to ₹40,00 per month. A willingness to travel (75%) is preferred. This is a full-time, in-person job.
