Job Description
We are Phenomenal HR seeking a proactive and experienced Hospital Administrator to manage our hospital in Idukki. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and at least 8 years of healthcare administration experience.
Your responsibilities will include overseeing daily operations, liaising with corporate and government bodies, ensuring compliance, and coordinating among departments. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Hospital Administration or Healthcare Management is preferred. Fluency in Malayalam and English is required.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: ₹45,00.00 – ₹50,00.00 per month | Location: In-person
