Job Description
The Customer Service Representative at Pexa Car Care handles inbound/outbound calls, emails and messages, resolves complaints, coordinates with Operations, Service Teams and Franchise Owners, updates CRM records, and follows up to ensure customer satisfaction. Candidates should have minimum Plus Two or any graduate qualification, two years of customer service experience preferred, good English and local language communication, basic CRM/MS Excel skills, strong problem-solving, and willingness to work shifts. This full-time, in-person position in Attingal, Kerala offers ₹15,00–₹20,00/month with cell phone reimbursement. Applicants must meet service-quality targets and work under pressure while managing multiple tasks.
