Job Description
Join the Peninsula Redpine Hotel team as a Communication & Support Executive! Located in Andheri East near the Airport Road Metro Station, we are seeking a B. Com Graduate (0-2 years of experience; freshers are welcome).
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage WhatsApp Broadcasts for updates and service alerts.
- Handle customer inquiries through calls and emails.
- Maintain CRM records for effective communication.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer service.
Salary: ₹20,00.00 – ₹25,00.00 per month
Benefits: Food provided, leave encashment, and provident fund.

Requirements
