Job Description
Pencildezign Architects is expanding our team and seeking dedicated and skilled MEP Modelers to join us.
Position: MEP Modeler
Qualifications: BTech in Mechanical Engineering.
Responsibilities:
- Preparation of HVAC design & layout (2D & 3D).
- Preparation of Plumbing design & layout (2D & 3D).
Required Skills:
- Minimum 1 year of preferred experience.
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
- Strong understanding of MEP coordination & BIM workflows.
