Job Description
PEGASUS BUSINESS SOLUTIONS is seeking a dedicated ROC Compliance Executive to join our Legal and Compliance team. In this role, you will assist in preparing and filing statutory forms, support company incorporation processes, and manage documentation for company closures. Collaboration with the Company Secretary is essential for timely submissions in accordance with the Companies Act.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,00.00 – ₹25,00.00 per month plus performance bonuses.
Schedule: Day shift; In-person work location.
