Job Description
We are looking for a passionate Junior Recruiter to join Peak Performance Advisors (OPS) PVTLTD in Coimbatore. This is a full-time position requiring 6 months to 1 year of experience in non-IT recruitment for roles such as Sales, Admin, and HR.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates and conduct initial screenings.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate databases.
- Ensure timely closure of positions with quality hires.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline (HR preferred).
- Good communication skills and multitasking ability.
Salary range is ₹15,00.00 – ₹25,00.00 per month. Application deadline: 13/05/2025. Expected start date: 11/05/2025.
