Job Type: Full-time (5 Days a Week)
Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years in the Travel Industry (Flights Domain Preferred)
Salary: Up to ₹30,00 CTC per month + Huge Incentives
About the Role: Manage chargeback disputes, ensure timely resolutions, and maintain effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve chargebacks for flight bookings.
- Collaborate with banks and airlines.
- Document chargeback cases.
- Support finance and customer service teams.
- Ensure customer satisfaction.
