Job Description

Paul’s Creamery, founded by John Mathai Paul in 2017 with outlets across Trivandrum, Kochi and Thrissur, seeks a Billing Executive. Key duties: greet customers, process billing and POS transactions, follow SOPs and safety, manage day-end closing and reporting, support and motivate the team, identify customer needs and promote products. Require degree; in-person positions at Kakkanad or Kadavanthra, Kochi. Full-time, permanent, fresher-friendly. Shifts: 11:30–20:30 or 14:30–23:30. Salary ₹15,00–20,00/month plus sales incentives and health insurance. Strong customer service attitude, cleanliness, and willingness to learn and grow toward managerial roles are essential.
