Job Description
Passive Infra Project Pvt Ltd is seeking a highly organized Executive Assistant to support our leadership team. Key responsibilities include managing a daily calendar, preparing presentations and reports, arranging travel accommodations, and screening phone calls. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, adept time management, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Additional tasks include drafting internal correspondence, managing contacts, responding to inquiries, and maintaining confidentiality with C-Level matters. The position requires full-time commitment, with a salary range of ₹40,00.00 – ₹45,00.00 per month.
Expected Start Date: 15/07/2025. Work Location: In-person. Benefits include a Provident Fund.
