Job Description

We are seeking a Banquet Coordinator to coordinate banquets and events (meetings, weddings, conferences). Serve as the primary liaison between clients and banquet, culinary, sales, and housekeeping teams; prepare and distribute accurate BEOs; schedule staff and manage setup, service, and breakdown; conduct pre-event meetings; ensure food safety and company standards; monitor events and resolve issues; manage billing, deposits, and post-event follow-ups; and maintain event calendars and client records. Full-time, permanent. Pay: ₹25,00–₹30,00/month. Benefits: food provided, health insurance, paid time off, Provident Fund. Work location: in person.
