Job Description
Parees Hospitality seeks a full-time Restaurant Captain to lead front-of-house service. Responsibilities include recommending menus and upselling, taking accurate orders and posting kitchen tickets, ensuring correct dishes reach guests, handling special requests and complaints, coordinating with chefs about availability and specials, driving sales through guest engagement, maintaining zero-complaint targets, collecting feedback, overseeing restaurant upkeep with engineering and housekeeping, controlling par stocks and conducting weekly/monthly inventories of food, beverage, crockery and cutlery. Additional duties as required. Job Type: Full-time, Permanent. Salary: ₹15,00–₹20,00/month. Benefits: food provided, health insurance, provident fund. Work Location: In person.
