Job Description
As a Telecaller, you will play a key role in generating leads and converting prospects into loyal customers while fostering strong client relationships.
Job Description:
- Make and receive calls to promote products/services.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Handle inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Update customer info in CRM software.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 0-2 years in telesales/customer service.
- Bachelor’s degree or related field.
