The ideal candidate should have 5 to 7 years of experience in conducting safety audits, developing safety policies, and ensuring compliance with EHS regulations. Responsibilities include training employees on safety procedures, implementing a work permit system, and maintaining safety records. Knowledge of safety requirements for high-rise projects and regulatory compliance (BOCW Act, IS Standards, OHSAS-45001) is essential.
