Job Description
Paragon Restaurant is seeking a dedicated and skilled Kitchen Supervisor to oversee our kitchen operations. The ideal candidate will manage preparation and cooking processes, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Responsibilities include assigning tasks, training new hires, resolving conflicts, and evaluating performance.
This full-time position offers a salary of ₹24,00.00 to ₹27,00.00 per month, along with benefits such as food, health insurance, paid sick time, and a Provident Fund. A minimum of 6 years of experience is preferred.
