Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and articulate Customer Relation Executive (CRE) to handle telephonic interactions with customers in both Sales and Service departments at our two-wheeler dealership, PANACHAMOOTTIL HONDA.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers regarding vehicle inquiries.
- Provide information on products, offers, and financing options.
- Follow up on leads and confirm test rides.
- Manage service appointments and gather customer feedback.
Requirements: Higher Secondary education and 1 year of call center experience.
Job Type: Full-time | Salary: ₹12,00.00 – ₹15,00.00/month.
