Job Description
Palmyra Hotels is seeking a dedicated Front Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will perform check-in and check-out tasks, manage reservations, and provide exceptional customer service. You will welcome guests, assign rooms, and address any complaints promptly. The role requires effective communication with housekeeping to ensure rooms meet guests’ needs and confirming group reservations, including personalized services for VIP customers.

Pay: ₹13,00.00 – ₹15,00.00 per month
