Pali Media Pvt. Ltd (Asian Media Group), a UK-based media publishing house, is seeking enthusiastic Customer Service Executives to join our outbound call team in Kochi. Engage potential customers in the UK and encourage them to subscribe to our newspapers and magazines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to UK leads.
• Explain product benefits clearly.
• Handle objections and convert leads.
• Maintain accurate call logs and CRM updates.
• Meet sales targets.

Requirements:

• Excellent spoken English.
• Comfortable working in the UK time zone.
• Persuasive communication skills.
• Basic computer skills; CRM knowledge is a plus.
