Job Description

We seek an experienced Production Incharge to manage daily garment production: lead teams, supervise sampling to final shipment, ensure quality control, coordinate with merchandising, and apply fabric and colour expertise to resolve issues. Strong follow-up, Google Sheets reporting, and team leadership are essential. Requirements: minimum 5 years production management in textiles/garments; solid merchandising, fabric and colour knowledge; proficient in Google Sheets; age ≤45; male preferred; committed to long-term role; reside within 30–45 minute commute. Full-time, permanent; salary negotiable starting from ₹15,00/month; on-site work.
