Job Description
Location: Pacific Mall Tagore Garden, Pacific Mall Jasola, and Pacific Mall NSP
Experience Required: 2-5 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer portals with timely updates.
- Guide customers in downloading and utilizing our app.
- Increase new customer registrations.
- Oversee voucher inventory at the customer desk.
- Strengthen relationships with retailers.
- Enhance visitor experience through effective customer service.
- Address customer queries promptly.
Pay: ₹25,00.00 – ₹30,00.00 per month

Requirements
- Minimum Age of 18 Years
- Basic Computer Skills
- Physically and Mentally Healthy
