Candidates should be Intermediate or Graduate with excellent communication, polished grooming, basic product knowledge, and a customer-service mindset. Duties include greeting guests, understanding needs, coordinating with sales teams, maintaining customer records, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience. Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks are essential. Previous retail or jewellery experience is a plus.
