Ought Right is seeking a dedicated Customer Care Executive to join our team in Purasawalkam, Chennai, Tamil Nadu. In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound customer calls, coordinate with pickup & delivery teams, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
