Join Orion Express Logistics as a Customer Service Executive to engage transport industry professionals via calls, introducing the EMT Transport app and explaining its benefits and features. Conduct feedback calls to gather user insights and document customer queries, then promptly relay important feedback and queries to the sales team for follow-up. Manage client communication through WhatsApp by sending informative messages and providing chat support. This is a permanent, in-person role offering ₹13,00–₹15,00 per month.
