Job Description
We are hiring freshers and candidates with 6 months of recruitment experience. Preferred qualifications include B.Com, B.Sc., or BA in English. The ideal candidate should be personable and skilled in assessing candidates’ potential through thoughtful questioning.
Location: Bangalore, India
Work Model: Office-based (Monday to Friday – 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM & Saturday – 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM)
Responsibilities:
– Maintain and develop a pipeline of qualified candidates
– Conduct interviews via phone or in-person
– Qualify candidates and address inquiries
Qualifications:
– Any Bachelor’s degree
– Strong communication and organizational skills
– Experience with Microsoft Office
– Positive attitude and ability to meet quotas
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹15,00.00 – ₹17,00.00 per month
