Job Description
Orio Builders seeks an Office Administrator with civil experience to manage project documentation, read architectural/structural drawings, coordinate site and office teams, and handle client enquiries. Candidate: B.Tech (Civil) or Diploma; graduates considered; excellent English & Malayalam, MS Office, pleasant attitude; age preference female 23–35. Responsibilities: review drawings, liaise with engineers/contractors, prepare reports, maintain follow-ups, support sales and respond to WhatsApp/calls. Full-time, in person. Pay ₹14,00–₹25,00/month.
