Job Description
We at Orient Hardware & Tools Corporation are seeking a dedicated Sales Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage order processing, coordinate with customers, and support our sales team in daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and process orders from customers.
- Coordinate with stores for timely dispatch and product availability.
- Communicate order statuses to customers and handle inquiries.
- Assist in sales documentation and maintain customer databases.
- Liaise with the Accounts team for payment status.
- Prepare reports for order status and stock availability.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,00.00 – ₹20,00.00 per month

Requirements
