Job Description
Oracura Solutions Pvt Ltd seeks a Performance Marketing Manager in Kharghar, Navi Mumbai (in-person). 3–5 years’ hands-on experience required. You will plan, run and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn and YouTube; monitor ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPM and conversions; analyze GA4 data; collaborate on landing pages and funnel optimization; and ensure consistent brand messaging. Required: Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, strong analytical, communication and coordination skills. Good to have: SEO and CRM/marketing automation exposure. Full-time, salary ₹40,00–50,00/month, Provident Fund benefit.
