Job Description
ONS Interactive Solutions Pvt Ltd is looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales & Support Representative. You will generate leads through cold calling and manage chat conversations, phone calls, and support tickets. Your goal is to convert prospects into business opportunities and address clients’ technical queries.
Key Responsibilities:

- Handle chat support, phone calls, and support tickets.
