Job Description

Job Summary:
The Academic Counselor is responsible for guiding and supporting students in achieving their academic and career goals. This includes providing academic advising, identifying student needs, and resolving academic challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- One-on-one advising on course selection and degree planning.
- Monitor progress; identify at-risk students and implement interventions.
- Assist with goal setting and success strategies.
- Guide through academic policies and graduation requirements.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, or related field (Master’s preferred). 2+ years in academic advising is required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,00.00 – ₹20,00.00 per month
