Job Description
OLIVE HOTELS & RESORTS COCHIN seeks a Front Office Executive based in Munnar. This full-time role (Guest Service Associate) handles front desk operations, guest check-in/out, reservations, coordination with housekeeping, guest requests and complaint resolution, and billing accuracy. Ideal candidates hold a diploma/degree in Hotel Management or have 0–2 years’ front office/customer service experience; freshers with strong communication skills are welcome. Basic computer knowledge and PMS familiarity are advantageous. Willingness to work shifts, weekends and holidays is required.
