Olga Resorts is seeking a warm, well-groomed, and customer-focused Front Office Associate. This vital role is essential in creating a welcoming experience for our guests, overseeing their journey from check-in to check-out, and ensuring each individual feels valued.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and provide prompt check-in/check-out services.
- Handle queries, reservations, and special requests courteously.
- Manage front desk operations efficiently.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments.
- Stay informed about resort offerings and local attractions.
- Address guest concerns with discretion.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: ₹10,00 – ₹14,00/month.
