Job Description
As a Guest Relations Executive at OLGA RESORTS you will be the resort’s welcoming face, delivering personalized service, managing check-in and check-out, maintaining regular guest contact, handling complaints professionally, coordinating with housekeeping and F&B, arranging special requests and welcome amenities, and tracking guest preferences and feedback. You will promote spa, dining and excursions, encourage online reviews (Google, TripAdvisor, Booking.com) and assist guests to submit feedback via tablets, QR codes or links. Full-time position; pay ₹11,00–₹16,00/month. Food provided. Work location: in person.
