Job Description
Department: Engineering / Maintenance
Reports To: General Manager
Job Summary: The Maintenance Executive at OLGA RESORTS is responsible for the seamless operation of all resort facilities. This role involves conducting preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and HVAC systems to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections of all areas.
- Perform maintenance on various systems.
- Ensure timely repairs and upkeep of essential equipment.
- Maintain pool and landscaping areas.
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests.
- Train and guide maintenance staff.
