Division/Department: US Support (Voice & Email) – Night Shift
Location: Vikhroli, Mumbai
Job Title: Executive / Sr. Executive
Experience: Minimum 6 months experience
Education: Any Graduate
Note: NO SALES, NO TARGET, WE ARE NOT A BPO/KPO
General Description: The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will act as a liaison, providing product and service information, answering questions, and resolving customer issues with accuracy and efficiency.
Skills Required: Excellent communication and writing skills. Candidates should have a pleasing voice, as this is a customer support role.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent. Pay: ₹450,00 – ₹480,00 per year.
