Job Description
We are seeking an experienced IT Recruiter for a night shift role to source, screen, and hire technical talent for software, infrastructure, and cybersecurity teams. You will manage end-to-end recruitment, coordinate interviews across time zones, and maintain candidate pipelines.
Responsibilities include full-cycle recruiting, writing job ads, conducting technical screenings, liaising with hiring managers, and using ATS and social sourcing tools. Must work nights reliably and communicate clearly with remote teams.
Requirements: 2+ years IT recruiting, strong technical understanding, excellent communication, ATS proficiency, and ability to work overnight shifts.
