Job Description
Ocean Group is seeking a qualified Medical Claims Officer to handle medical assessment and adjudication of health insurance claims, pre-authorization requests, and medical queries. Strong clinical knowledge is essential for accurate decision-making while adhering to regulatory guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review claims for medical necessity.
- Evaluate pre-authorizations and liaise with healthcare professionals.
- Identify fraudulent claims and support investigations.
- Maintain compliance documentation.
Qualifications: BAMS/BDS/BHMS/BYMS/BSMS/Nursing, 1–2 years of experience, analytical skills, and knowledge of IRDAI guidelines. This full-time position offers ₹12,00 – ₹18,00 per month. Only female candidates from Trivandrum district may apply.
