Job Description
Obhan & Associates is seeking a dedicated Trademarks Paralegal. The ideal candidate will assist attorneys with Indian and foreign trademark applications, handling filings, conducting preliminary searches, and drafting legal correspondence.
Responsibilities include maintaining daily dockets, updating software databases, managing client communications, and ensuring timely project delivery to high-quality standards. Candidates should be proficient in computerized docketing systems and MS Office.
A Bachelor’s degree and 2 to 5 years of experience as a Trademark Paralegal are required.
