Job Description
Oberoi Realty is seeking a skilled Fixed Assets Accountant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for checking Purchase/Work Orders for Fixed Assets (FA) and managing GL scrutiny for both FA and Non-FA capitalization. You will coordinate with project teams on the sale and discard of fixed assets, preparing MIS reports on inventory status and providing essential data for audits and finance purposes. Your role will involve tagging assets, tracking open orders, and conducting physical verifications. A proactive approach to problem-solving and collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential.
