Job Description
NTT DATA is seeking an experienced Operations Processing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of relevant experience, excellent communication skills, and a strong background in IT operations. Responsibilities include managing engineering teams, supervising daily activities, and collaborating with management to set measurable objectives. Proficiency in Windows servers, Active Directory, and ticketing tools is required, along with problem analysis skills and good working knowledge of MS Office. Relevant certifications such as MCSE or ITIL are a plus.
