Job Description
Join NTT DATA as an Operations Processing Associate! In this role, you’ll be responsible for achieving departmental goals, maintaining customer information, reviewing insurance documentation, and processing patient referrals. You’ll ensure the delivery of medical equipment and supplies while adhering to company policies for quality service.
Requirements include a university degree or equivalent, 1+ year of computer experience, and effective communication skills. The position requires regular shifts from Monday to Friday, 5:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST, or rotational shifts with the possibility of overtime and weekends.
All new hires must complete orientation and demonstrate material proficiency.
