Job Description
We are seeking a Technical Support Associate to provide first-line assistance for IT issues, troubleshoot hardware and software problems, log tickets, escalate complex cases, and guide users via phone, chat, and email. Ideal candidates have 1+ years in helpdesk roles, basic networking knowledge, familiarity with Windows/macOS, strong communication skills, customer-focused attitude, and problem-solving ability. Certification (CompTIA A+ or equivalent) is a plus. This role requires shift flexibility and commitment to timely resolutions while maintaining clear documentation and teamwork.
