Job Description
Join NTT DATA as a Human Resources & Insurance Operations Associate! You will be responsible for processing Adjudication claims, resolving payments and denials, and ensuring compliance with healthcare insurance policies. Ideal candidates should possess 1-3 years of experience in claims processing, especially with Facets. A solid understanding of HCFA and UB claims is a plus.
We seek individuals with strong communication skills, the ability to work independently, and excellent analytical abilities. The required schedule is Monday-Friday, 5:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST (AR SHIFT), with potential for overtime and weekend work based on business needs.
