Job Description
Join our team at NowIntern as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media.
- Resolving complaints and issues efficiently and empathetically.
- Providing product or service information and guiding customers through options.
- Processing orders, payments, and returns.
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Following up to ensure customer satisfaction and issue resolution.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹26,00.00 – ₹35,00.00 per month
Schedule: Monday to Friday, Night shift, US shift
